I do recommend this hotel.

Room suited our needs. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Gasthof Krone that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The hotel was situated not far from the Zollingerheim bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance: )

The breakfast experience was amazing with breathtaking views, excellent staff service, and delicious food. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a homely atmosphere. The variety and quality of the food, including breads, cheeses, and jams, were outstanding. The dinner, especially the veal, was highly recommended. The location, overlooking a lake, forest, and farm, offered a must-see perspective of Switzerland.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Good staff, very good restaurant and great views (outside)
One person room with a no view from all windows. Just rooftops and a very noisy satelite dish.

The location of the hotel was great for exploring the beautiful local forest and lake. the breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a wide variety of delicious foods on offer. We also loved the free parking on site, which made our visit much easier.
Our Christmas stay was marred by small and cramped rooms, which made it difficult to relax. We also found that the restaurant was often filled with flies, which made our meals less enjoyable.

My perfectly formed little room (single) with private terrace was charming, albeit backing onto the silo of the farm next door.
I felt deeply affronted that, on arriving for breakfast at 9.20 on Sunday morning, I was told that the whole of the terrace had been reserved -- there was, at that time, no one on the terrace, and I feel that I could have been accommodated. Bearing in mind that there are, apparently, 18 rooms at this hotel, I can't see that the whole terrace (which must have been able to fit 50+ guests) could possibly have been taken. Also, the reserved seating was for wedding guests who, having partied until the early hours, were not likely to be up much before 10 (breakfast being available until 11). The waiter was churlish and unaccommodating and I fail to understand why these guests (who arrived in the hotel after me) should take precedence.

Most of the staff was very helpful and polite.
There was lot of noise from traffic, which I hadn't expected.

This hotel truly offers a charming, Swiss countryside experience. The location, though a bit of a walk, is nestled amidst beautiful scenery with cows and farms around. The staff is exceptionally nice and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The rooms are immaculately clean, and the mattresses are a treat to sleep on. The breakfast buffet is fresh and complete, with delicious options like müsli and fresh fruits. Ample parking is available, and the view of the valley behind the hotel is simply breathtaking.
All was perfect.

Beautiful location with stunning views. Good staff. Basic but clean rooms, IKEA style. No gym, sauna etc, so pretty basic, it is the location that does it.
Because you are in an isolated spot, they can charge whatever for food and they do just that, meal for one, £65? who is kidding who.

This hotel is situated on top of a hill with a breathtaking view of the surrounding scenery. the room and bathroom were immaculately clean, and the staff was friendly. the breakfast included amazing breads and croissants. the hotel offers ample parking facilities.
The lack of screens in the windows made it difficult to keep the mosquitoes out of the room.

The hotel was in a great location, with easy access to public transport and beautiful views of the countryside. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options.
The cost of food at the hotel restaurant was quite expensive, making it difficult to dine on a budget. The rooms were a bit small, but had all the necessary amenities.
